Investment Operations Analyst

Summary 

Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc. is looking for an Analyst to join our vibrant and innovative Investment Operations Team. This role offers a chance to support the essential functions of our internally & externally managed funds. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn.  

Employees are currently expected to meet an in-office cadence requirement at least three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - in our Chicago Office). Make sure you can fulfill this requirement before applying.

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee and perform various reconciliations

• Support trade confirmation & settlements

• Support month end & quarter end reporting

• Support nightly ETF baskets

• Ad-hoc tasks & projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic understanding of financial instruments

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Preferred 1 year in middle/front office or ETF related experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities  

• Thrive in dynamic, innovative setting by being adaptable, proactive, resourceful and efficient

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Experience with SS&C Geneva preferred

• Intermediate knowledge with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, PowerBI/Tableau) preferred

• Experience with multiple investment products such as Futures, Bonds & Equities preferred

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 plus bonus eligibility
