Front Desk Patient Concierge

All Kids Dental is seeking a full-time positive, friendly, and professional Front Desk Patient Concierge to join our team. A customer-oriented approach is essential as you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming patients to a busy office, checking patients in, handling patients’ requests, and acting as a concierge. The ideal candidate will be a fun energetic person who will engage with our patients in a courteous, helpful, and respectful manner.

Office Staff Job Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Interacting directly and indirectly with other staff and the doctors
Interacting with patients and parents
Answering phones, greeting parents and patients
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Entering patient information into dental software
Complying with OSHA and HIPAA regulations
Various other office duties

Requirements

• Superior customer service skills and a demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient care
• Ability to operate multiple computer programs effectively and efficiently
• Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
• Dynamic interpersonal skills and the desire and ability to learn new skills and work well with a team
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred
• This position requires that you work mainly in our Glenwood and Rifle offices and occasionally in our Eagle office.
