You will work across a range of sectors (including Transport, Energy, Utilities, Real Estate, and Communications etc), providing the following core Services:</span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><b>Services:</b></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>Strategic advice and business planning - various advice relating to strategic matters, the appraisal of investment cases, preparation of investment/business plans.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Procurement – commercial advice to public and private clients in relation to the procurement of infrastructure assets and complex services. </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Financing – appraisal and raising of commercial finance to support the delivery of infrastructure projects.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Funding - Supporting clients in relation to grant applications and other Public sector funding matters.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>PPPs – advising public and private clients in relation to the design, procurement and funding of infrastructure assets through PPP </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Contract / Grant Management – supporting the financial management of PPP contracts and grant programmes.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Asset Management – supporting clients in creating value across the lifecycle of a project or portfolio of assets. </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Infrastructure M&amp;A – supporting the process of acquiring and selling businesses and assets in infrastructure sector. </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Secondments – provision of temporary resources to organisations to support with the delivery of major capital projects.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><b>Your key responsibilities</b></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span>Working under the supervision of a Partner and/or Director, you will play a lead role in the delivery of Services to clients.  You will support through:</span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>Understanding our client requirements and co-developing our approach with the client</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Gathering, verifying and analysing information to formulate views.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Understand, manipulate and interpret financial data and client information, drawing appropriate conclusions.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Review Excel models and arrive at preliminary conclusions.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Carry out relevant analysis, present findings (both written and orally) and provide value to our clients through insights, factual conclusions and advice.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Project management of team, client and stakeholders (which may include investors, lenders, public officials, other advisors etc)  </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Managing the day-to-day progress
