The Impact You Will Have 

 

As a Working Student Assistant in Global Talent Acquisition (m/f/d), reporting to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition & IDB, your key role is to provide essential administrative support. You'll manage tasks like opening/closing job positions, coordinating logistics for candidates, and scheduling. This hands-on experience offers valuable insights into attracting high-quality candidates, contributing to projects enhancing our employer brand, and improving overall efficiencies. Training is provided for you to independently handle tasks accordingly. Engage in creative Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging projects, making this a phenomenal opportunity to learn and contribute within a dynamic and supportive team environment. 

 

 

What You’ll Bring to the Role
 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or related fields. 

• Strong organizational and communication skills for efficient coordination of recruitment tasks. 

• Effective communication and strong attention to detail for precision in task execution. 

• Intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, and adept problem-solving skills. 

• Experience in driving processes with effective organization and prioritization. 

• Preferred experience in a global or matrixed organizational environment. 

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

• Strong service orientation and sense of urgency 

 

Further Information:
 

• Duration at least 12 months 
• Working hours: 20 hours/week 
• Enrollment at the university/college is a prerequisite for the duration of employment.
