Manager, Human Resources

Summary

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the day to day processes of the Human Resources Department. Provides services to Tenet Florida Physician Services. Oversees the daily operations of the department and manages the human resources staff. Conceptualizes, develops and facilitates organizational development activities.

 

Responsibilities

• Management of department, staff and budget.
• Works with supervisors/managers and other members of departments to promote a harmonious work enviornment.
• Directs daily operations.
• Maintains production and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints.

Qualifications

Education

Required: Bachelors in related field

Preferred: Masters Degree

Experience

Required: Minimum 2 years of HR expeirence required

Certifications

Preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR or CHHR, or equivalent HR certification

Under the direction of the Director, may have a specific responsibility for portions of the department(s). Will provide counsel to hospital staff in relation to employment matters. Administers programs as assigned.

Education:

Required: Bachelor's in related field or equivalent experience

Experience:

Required: 5 years in Human Resources

Certifications:

Preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR or CHHR, or equivalent HR certification
