Our work depends on a Senior Program Analyst joining our team to support our intelligence customer in Springfield, VA.  This position can be hybrid, but will require an in office schedule as dictated by reporting manager.

HOW A SENIOR PROGRAM ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

GDIT is searching for a driven, analytical, and detailed oriented individual to support Business Operations research and reporting activities.  This individual will need to review various datasets, perform analysis, and execute or suggest improvements to current business processes.  Job duties may include reading and analyzing large data sets and determining action plans or ways to convey information. May assess program risks and function as a project coordinator to perform necessary administrative tasks. Must be able to leverage and incorporate information from various internal stakeholders. Will need to suggest problem resolution options and potentially implement these suggestions as business process through SOP creation, data gathering, dashboard construction, or SharePoint workflow formation.

Job Description:

• Performs research, data collection and analytical tasks in support of the Business Operations department.
• Coordinates and tracks multiple growth actions required to execute assigned internal projects across the program to include actionable events, milestones, deadlines and timeframes for completion.
• Leverages Microsoft Excel, Sharepoint workflows, and Tableau Dashboards to depict Business area capture and growth data.
• Works cross functionally with GDIT Growth team to collect information and share updates.
• May lead Business area growth meetings to include status updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• May learn and utilize Salesforce tool to create and update programmatic entries as needed.
• Monitors and track process improvements actions with all stakeholders.
• Participates in special projects as required.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
• Five (5) years of applicable experience, or an additional four (4) years of related education, professional training, or work experience in lieu of degree requirement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationship with internal teams as well as customer.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Desire to learn and the ability to embrace new systems and process enhancements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & SharePoint.
• Current TS/SCI Clearance, or ability to obtain.
• Preference for past experience with government customer.
• Preference for past experience with Salesforce data entry or reporting.

The likely salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
