Sentara Home Care and Hospice located in Chesapeake has openings for Registered Nurses. The openings include Full-time Monday-Friday, Part-time weekend, and Flexi. Nurses will provide care to patients within a 40-50 mile radius. The preferred candidate will have 2 years of medical surgical experience in bedside care. The RN is supported by our home care team.

Area covered includes Portsmouth, Chesapeake and Norfolk areas.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse develops, implements and evaluates plans of care for specific patient populations. Coordinates and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas.

Additional experience for specialty areas may be required. Nursing experience preferred.

N-2YR - RN-Associate's Degree (Required), N-3YR - RN-Diploma (Non-degree) (Required), N-4YR - RN-Bachelor's Level Degree (Required), N-6YR - RN-Master's Level Degree, N-DN - RN-Doctorate Level Degree
