iSoftStone, Inc. is Seeking an Account Manager to Join our Team! This is a Hybrid Opportunity in Bellevue, WA. We are seeking an Account Manager to serve as the strategic lead for business development. In this role, you aren't just managing accounts; you are the visionary "opener" who builds high-level relationships and identifies the strategic "at-bats" where our leadership team can architect and close complex, multi-million-dollar engagements. RESPONSIBILITIES:What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Growth: Prospect and cultivate a qualified pipeline within Microsoft and adjacent enterprise accounts.
- Ecosystem Penetration: Navigate new organizations and business groups within the Microsoft landscape to expand our project footprint.
- Executive Orchestration: Build a deep network across Engineering and Product Management, setting the stage for executive-level solutioning sessions.
- Intelligence-Led Sales: Collaborate with our embedded delivery teams to identify latent client needs and budget signals before they reach the open market.
- Solution Design: Partner with the Organizational leadership to translate client pain points into scoped, priced, and outcome-oriented Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent iSoftStone at industry conferences and Microsoft partner events to drive brand visibility.
- Pipeline Excellence: Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene to provide leadership with trusted revenue forecasting and contact mapping.
- The Ultimate Connector: You view networking as a superpower and genuinely enjoy aligning client challenges with innovative service solutions.
- Technically Credible: While you don't need to be a developer, you can fluently discuss Cloud Architecture, DevOps, and AI/ML with technical stakeholders.
- Growth Mindset: You thrive on outbound activity and the challenge of building a sales playbook in a dynamic, "startup-like" environment.
- Strategic Partner: You are comfortable being the "opener," building the initial trust required for senior leadership to step in and finalize the technical architecture.
- Experience: Five+ years in technology sales or account management within IT services, consulting, or the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
- Network: A demonstrated ability to leverage an existing network within Microsoft or its partner community.
- Service Expertise: Proven track record selling managed services, software engineering, or cloud/DevOps engagements.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to craft compelling outreach and present complex value propositions to VP-level audiences.
