Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):

1. Mandarin - Need bilingual for communication with the team based out in China.
2. Engineer/developer background to help customers navigate through the technical issues. This role usually doesn't write code but needs to be able to check logs and write SQL reports.
3. Location: Sunnyvale - Onsite Requirement: at least 3 days, may become 5 days later on. Working hours: usually 10 am - 7 pm,
