We promote scientific approaches in the PCO field and encourages exchanges between academics, pharmaceutical companies, and international organizations around the world in the service of incorporating the patient's voice into every step of the development process of new treatments.</p><p>Within the Trust and the Client Services team, the Project Analyst II is responsible for supporting the projects by collecting and analysing data to plan and manage COA (Clinical Outcomes Assessment) licensing projects, from original proposal through final implementation.</p><p>The Project analyst II is providing experienced administrative support to the teams with emphasis on entering and checking data, ensuring best practices are implemented timely, govern quality of data and seeks remediation of issues.</p><p>If you are looking to join a company that will offer you a strong support network with an inspiring and motivating working environment, then this is the job for you. </p><p>To be successful, applicants must be able to demonstrate drive, passion and a strong sense of team working. Successful candidates will also possess great communication skills and be comfortable managing a variety of tasks at one time.</p><p><b><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></b></p><p>Collect the necessary information required to start and conduct projects efficiently, and to recognize the associated revenue.</p><p>Handle project administrative duties including processing of external invoices, requesting creation of invoices etc.</p><p>Advise supervising project manager and others of pending due dates.</p><p>Generate necessary project documentation, including meeting minutes, project trackers, etc.</p><p>Verify COA data and information and save it in relevant tools.</p><p>To independently and proactively run, review and analyse project data for accuracy and work with the project teams to ensure updates are completed correctly</p><p>To work in collaboration with internal and external colleagues to meet project objectives, timelines, and budgets, where appropriate</p><p>Maintain project timeframes, objectives and communications and project documents within approved archival systems</p><p>Maintain and produce metrics and support various functions</p><p>Identify and help resolve potential issues and/or barriers which are critical to the success of a project.</p><p>To demonstrate resourcefulness, make appropriate use of available technology and tools in seeking and implementing solutions</p><p>To constantly strive for more efficient and accurate reporting by increasing accurate data sources and reducing data quality issues</p><p>Communicate clearly and effectively with all level of the business (internally and externally).</p><p>Performs other duties and tasks as are allocated at the reasonable discretion of the Company.</p><p><br/><b>To succeed you will need:</b></p><p>Strong excel skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite</p><p>Excellent communication skills</p><p>Fluency in English both verbal and written</p><p>2 years or more of experience</p><p>Previous experience working remotely, preferred</p><p>Fluency in English both orally and in writing, with excellent communication skills, experience working on international teams a plus</p><p>Process-driven and strong attention to detail with superior organizational skills</p><p>Strong team player</p><p>Experience in managing multiple, varied tasks simultaneously and independently</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>What ICON can offer you:</b></p><p></p><p>Our success depends on the quality of our people.
