The Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiter is directly aligned to deliver on our Truist Purpose and Talent Mission. This role is aligned to the mid-to-senior level roles within a designated line of business or functional group of Truist. The role serves as a trusted talent acquisition advisor to members of the Truist leadership. This position is responsible for excellent execution of talent acquisition strategies for passive sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing both internal and external candidates to fill Truist mid-to-senior level professional positions. The incumbent ensures impeccable delivery of the Truist recruiting experience to both our candidates and hiring managers, by fostering trust and confidence in the Truist brand and teammate value proposition.
The Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiter brings a refined level of discretion, high-touch and responsive advisory service, agile dexterity in negotiating multi-layered employment offers, contemporary knowledge of the talent marketplace and related talent availability trends and can represent Truist to highly sought-after and sophisticated talent in play. The incumbent has deep expertise in the talent acquisition space while executing on recruiting deliverables that include presenting qualified talent slates supported by dedicated market research and curating an ecosystem of stakeholders to assess against Truist skills and competencies, achievement potential, motivators, and Truist Purpose, Mission and Values. This subject matter expert must have highly trusted and effective partnerships with key stakeholders and relevant COEs to include Total Rewards, HR Enablement, Finance, and Legal to ensure strong execution and delivery of recruitment deliverables.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Possess an advanced understanding of contemporary recruiting techniques - utilizes knowledge and skills to develop trusted relationships built on acumen, proactive communication, credibility, trust, and results.
2.    Aligned to multiple hiring managers, lines of businesses and/or functional groups; manage a diverse,
end-to-end portfolio of job requisitions from sourcing to hire.
3.    Work in a fast paced, multi-tasking, matrix environment utilizing executive-level written verbal, and presentation skills that influence and advise key stakeholders
4.    Partner with HR teams such as Total Rewards, Talent, Strategy, Enablement to provide recommendations for hiring and retaining top talent.
5.    Advise, consult, and prepare attractive, fiduciary sound and equitable offers for internal and external talent 
6.    Maintain deep and contemporary working knowledge of the enterprise and line of business or functional group internal strategic plans, priorities, and talent needs.
7.    Provide continuous and credible industry, market, and peer group research to specify proactive, value-added insight to leaders, partners, and stakeholders to further support the Truist talent strategy 
8.    Have a keen awareness to all areas of risk management
