Your Responsibilities
As Channel Coordinator, you will support Global Brand & Communications at our Headquarters in Moline, IL, by ensuring enterprise, you will support Global Brand & Communications by ensuring enterprise communication channels are usable, governed, measurable, and reliable. The role balances operational execution (platform setup, troubleshooting, permissions, and workflows) with strategic enablement (governance guidance, data insights enablement, and channel decision making), serving as both a hands-on administrator and a trusted advisor to communicators.
In this role you will act as Digital Product Expert (DPE) for communications platforms and channels, with responsibilities including:
- Structure, maintain, and provide expert-level support for multiple platforms and related processes, including user training
- Manage permissions to enable and support usage, including distribution lists and access
- Be the first point of contact for users and provide day-to-day troubleshooting and issue resolution, and gather direct user feedback to incorporate into future solutions
- Advise communicators on channel selection, audience targeting capabilities, and timing considerations, driving adoption through clear guidance and user-centered support
- Support measurement and interpretation of channel performance to inform decisions and continuous improvement
- Maintain governance standards to prevent noncompliant usage
- Coordinate with Product Manager(s) on issues and enhancements

- Ability to analyze workflows, identify issues, and recommend practical improvements
- Strong judgment balancing usability, governance, scalability and efficiency
- Ability to translate between stakeholder needs and technical constraints
- Strong communications skills and effectiveness in stakeholder engagement and relationship-building
- Ability to drive adoption and change without formal authority
- Comfort working across tools, teams, and processes

Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or comparable experience
