As a Sr. Specialist, Influencer Marketing/Partnerships, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping how our brand shows up in the world. What You’ll Be Doing

 

Strategy & Vision

  • Design and implement influencer strategies that align with brand, product, and business goals.
  • Set clear objectives for brand awareness, relevance, and long-term growth through influencer partnerships.

 

Relationship Building

  • Cultivate strong, authentic relationships with influencers, talent agents, and managers.
  • Identify and onboard new creators who align with our brand voice and values.
  • Stay ahead of trends to surface fresh, inspiring partnership opportunities.

 

Campaign Execution

  • Lead end-to-end campaign management—from planning and product delivery to execution across DSW channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (social, creative, media, etc.) to amplify influencer content across platforms.
  • Ensure seamless integration of influencer content into broader marketing initiatives.

 

Performance & Innovation

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Use data and cultural insights to refine strategies and propose new, innovative approaches.
  • Act as the go-to expert on influencer marketing across the organization.

 

What You’ll Need

 

Core Skills

  • Deep passion for social media and influencer culture; always in-the-know on trends and emerging voices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to represent the brand externally.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute independently and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Airtable, and Google Drive.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 3+ years in influencer marketing, ideally within a digital marketing or influencer agency.
  • Proven track record managing multiple influencer campaigns and creators simultaneously.
  • Strong network of influencer and agency relationships.
  • Solid understanding of the digital and social media landscape, especially as it relates to content creators.

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
