To help bring this vision to life, we are looking for the Associate Director People Partnering and Engagement for North America. In this role, you will drive end-to-end experiences across all employee lifecycles from hire to retire in North America, ensuring a faster, simpler, more experience-centric, future-ready team through excellence and capability. You will work closely with Global PEX Teams to drive standardization and collaborate with Operational Hub to ensure seamless delivery of people operations.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Lead the North America People experience agenda for hire-to-retire processes end-to-end, including the implementation of transformation projects
Oversee North America People Partnering Team, ensuring effective HR policies implementation, ER management, and in-market experience delivery with excellence
Develop and coach a high-performing People Partnering team focused on delivering the best employee experiences
Operationalize HR policies and ensure seamless process delivery through the new Service Delivery Model, working closely with NA HR team, Operational Hub, and Global PEX as the NA People Partnering Engagement Lead
Partner with NA HRLT and HRBPs to develop and execute strategies to enhance the overall employee experiences
Manage all executive level (WL4 and above) and HR ER/IR cases across the US and Canada
Liaise closely with internal Legal team to assure compliance on all people experience matters and manage ER cases
Act as the NA People Partnering Engagement Lead for North America, ensuring alignment and collaboration between local and global People Partnering teams to deliver a cohesive employee experience
Oversee the budget process for North America People Partnering, including Hub, driving efficiency and capacity planning initiatives
Drive the operational effectiveness agenda for hire-to-retire processes in collaboration with NA HR team and Operational Hub to further simplify and build efficiencies
Drive informed decision-making and measure the impact of People Partner initiatives and the new Service Delivery Model using HR analytics
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Skills
8-10+ years of experience in North America HR with 5+ years focused on HR Business Partnering
Proven ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders and manage relationships effectively
Experience in managing organizational transformation and employee relations (ER) management in North America
Strong business acumen with experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that contribute to the success of the organization
Ability to manage and develop a high-performing team
Strong leadership skills to set the strategy and drive the execution with excellence
In-depth understanding of North America HR policies and processes
Ability to understand local needs, align with broader agendas and drive transformation initiatives as the North America PEX Engagement Lead
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
