Sets an example of agility and adaptability. Builds constructive stakeholder relationships which involve direct interaction and influence with different Oracle lines of business and Oracle suppliers. Acts as the primary interface in the management of the supplier relationships.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Prefer 3+ years relevant experience and BA/BS degree.
Career Level - IC2
Interfaces with internal and supplier stakeholders to provide cost-effective procurement of materials and components for Oracle’s product supply chain. Provides direction and specialist knowledge in supply chain strategies for continuous cost improvement through partner negotiations. Conducts competitive analysis of Fiber Infrastructure, WiFi and GPS device suppliers, cost models, market analysis and supply chain alternatives. Leads cross line of business teams to drive competitive cost, supplier performance and supply chain efficiencies.
Evaluates submitted proposals/quotes against Oracle standards. Manage suppliers that meet stakeholder requirements. Negotiates and executes supplier contractual agreements while sustaining product competitiveness. Track and provide supplier performance feedback to ensure Oracle standards are achieved. Creates and implements supply chain initiatives and improvements to drive efficiencies and best practices. Develops constructive stakeholder relationships which involve direct interaction with different Oracle lines of business and Oracle networking suppliers. Influences product selection with stakeholders based on continuity of supply, cost, and technology. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, negotiations, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Job duties are varied and complex; independent judgment needed. May have project lead role. Prefer 3+ years relevant experience and BA/BS degree.
This role will lead commercial responsibility for multiple suppliers, used potentially across multiple external manufacturers. It will involve quoting, negotiating, contracting, awarding, and managing the supplier from inventory procurement through product deliveries to end destinations. This will require excellent leadership, collaboration, and analytical skills. Learning agility and program management skills are critical for success in this role, as the successful candidate will be expected to manage moderate to high complexity supply chain optimization projects that many cases will involve collaboration with product management, finance, accounting, legal, trade compliance, engineering, and procurement team members. Adaptability and speed of execution are also essential for success in the current global supply chain environment.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $63,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
