Join a mission-driven team at UW–Green Bay as a part-time Administrative Services Professional, Business and Government Outreach, where your work directly advances access to education and strengthens partnerships across Northeast Wisconsin. In this dynamic role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Associate Director and outreach team, helping deliver non-credit trainings, customized workforce solutions, certificate programs, and conferences that empower learners and organizations. You will coordinate departmental operations, support program logistics, and serve as a key moderator for virtual training sessions—managing online platforms, supporting presenters, and enhancing participant engagement. Key Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains methods and organizational systems directed at the maintenance of electronic/physical records related to work operations according to established policies and procedures
- Prepares and audits complex records, edits documents, creates events in registrationsoftware and reviews work done by others
- Schedules logistics and secures resources for meetings, conferences, travel, and work unitoperations
- Moderates virtual conferences and assists in the training of instructors
- Serves as a backup to the primary point of contact for individuals and groups, provides organizational information via phone, in person, and through other communication mediums
- Develops, sends, receives, copies, and distributes communications to the appropriate entities according to established policies and procedures

Compensation:
Minimum hourly compensation of $17.00. This position is not exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and desktop software, virtual delivery platforms, website tools, social media, and the Internet
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- Highly organized, flexible, self-directed individual with the ability to navigate complex virtual delivery challenges and develop new innovative approaches
- Excellent interpersonal communication and social skills necessary to navigate diverse community settings, partnerships, and individuals
- Ability to work independently and be a part of a team working in collaborative efforts
- Proven problem-solving ability
Conditions of Appointment:
Position is a part-time (50%) University Staff appointment. This position will be based out of the Green Bay campus and the selected candidate will work with the position supervisor to set a schedule. This position may have the option to work on-campus or a hybrid schedule subject to approved telecommuting request.
A criminal conviction investigation will be conducted on the finalist(s). In addition, if the final selected candidate has prior work history within the last 7 years with Universities of Wisconsin, a personnel file review check for employee misconduct will be completed. A six-month probationary period is required for this position. In compliance with the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act, the University does not discriminate on the basis of arrest or conviction record.
