Job Purpose:
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests of the NC State University Club, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from members and guests.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Adhere to all club policies and procedures.

Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Previous experience in food service preferred

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry trays
- Ability to follow instructions
