The TxDOT Pharr District is looking for a Transportation Engineer Supervisor to join the Advanced Project Delivery section located in Pharr, TX. This leadership role is essential for guiding a team of engineers and technical staff in the planning, design, and delivery of complex transportation projects that support the district’s mission and statewide transportation goals.
The selected candidate will oversee project development from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with agency priorities such as safety, sustainability, and mobility. This position also plays a key role in mentoring staff, promoting innovation in project delivery methods, and fostering collaboration across internal teams, external partners, and local governments to ensure successful outcomes.
Salary Range:
Transportation Engineer Supervisor (B29): $120,000 - $172,272/annually
$10,000 - $14,356/monthly
