The Role 
Presidio’s SPARK Associate Engineering Program is a full-time, paid opportunity designed to accelerate early-career professionals into high-impact roles in modern network engineering. SPARK develops client-ready professionals through skills, presence, action, readiness, and knowledge. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Participate in immersive onboarding, quarterly in-person gatherings, and hands-on training
• Build hands-on expertise in modern networking technologies (e.g., enterprise networking, SD-WAN, automation, cloud networking)
• Earn industry-recognized certifications (e.g., Cisco, HPE, Arista)
• Develop power skills in communication, consulting, and leadership
• Shadow experienced engineers and transition into billable client project work
• Receive personalized coaching and career development support
• Track milestones across technical, professional, and organizational learning domains
• Complete a capstone project to demonstrate real-world application of skills
• Transition into a full-time engineering role upon successful graduation

Preferred Skills and Professional Experience 

• Curious, coachable, and growth-minded
• Strong communicators and team players
• Passionate about technology, solving problems, and client-facing technical delivery
• Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to learn quickly
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to travel for up to 3-week for onboarding and quarterly in-person training weeks
• Post-graduation travels up to 35%
• Preferred Qualification - Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
