We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Classroom Support Tech. This position will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of academic teaching spaces at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), specifically in the Northwest Arkansas Region.

As a Senior Classroom Support Tech, you will play a crucial role in supporting and troubleshooting all audiovisual (AV) equipment, computers, and software in these teaching spaces. You will work closely with the Audiovisual group to ensure optimal performance and resolve any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will provide second and third-level presentation hardware to the appropriate teams and vendors. You will be required to respond to situations where standard procedures have failed in isolating or fixing problems related to equipment, software installations, or configuration changes.
