Job Description
This role will be based in San Francisco, or Sunnyvale.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
As a Manager, Monetization Strategy & Operations you’ll drive mission-critical deal strategy for the multi-billion-dollar Talent Solutions business to help accelerate growth and build operational excellence. We’re looking for a strategist who can help us craft our sales strategy to retain customers and grow the LinkedIn business. In this role you will empower pricing experts and Sales to land critical renewal business, track business performance, and be the connective glue between business strategy & solid execution. Responsibilities:
Be a pricing expert who can navigate large, complex deals and be a trusted advisor to Deal Desk & Sales on deal strategy
Create sales and operational processes that drive adherence to pricing policies
Act like an owner by monitoring performance, driving insights, & landing recommendations to continuously improve and solve new challenges
Independently lead projects end-to-end – translating strategy into impact by building playbooks, enabling the team for solid execution, and evaluating the results
Land program impact by structuring & presenting to VPs across the business
Build productive relationships & feedback loops in partnership with Sales, Deal Desk, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Legal, and other cross-functional teams
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Pricing, Finance, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Banking, or Management Consulting
2+ years of experience in deal desk or monetization operations, providing strategic guidance on deal structuring and contract strategy
2+ years of experience using any or all of the following: SQL, Tableau, PowerBI
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Additional Information
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate-level degree in business (i.e. MBA), economics, or related field
Experience in using financial modeling, quantitative, and qualitative data from CRM/SQL data to drive sound decision-making
Excellent verbal/written communication and high clarity of thought to junior staff & senior experts alike
Ability to inspire, train, and influence cross-functional partners
Experience managing complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders
Experience working with Sales on deal strategy & pricing policy at B2B SaaS businesses
Proven track record in examining business trends & communicating those changes for a global senior executive audience (Senior Directors/VPs/LOB C-Suite)
Ability to take a strategic initiative and determine end-to-end execution
Self-starter who is ready to act like an owner and drive key initiatives to successful outcomes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Marketing strategy skills. Ability to understand customer needs/perceived value, drive customer value creation, and develop go-to-market strategies to accelerate growth
