Job Description

What will you be doing?

We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team in Dublin as a Payroll Associate, which is responsible for supporting payroll and accounting.

If you want to join the team of industry professionals and passionates who are eager to share their experience and knowledge with you, this role is the one that you are looking for.

As a Payroll Associate, your responsibilities will include among others

• Assisting with maintaining payroll records
• Assisting in producing monthly payroll reports
• Assisting with pension reconciliations and month end payments/downloads to providers
• Bookkeeping
• Assisting with other ad hoc tasks within the department when required

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have

• Experience in a busy payroll environment
• Accounting experience
• Well organized
• Abilty to make decisions quickly
• Good attention to detail

Desired

• IPASS qualification 
• Sage experience
