Position Overview:
Own how travelers start shopping to find products they need to assure a comfortable and successful business trip. This is vital and highly visible domain which has dramatic impact on our business.

Responsibilities:

• Know your Product
  • Relentlessly explore data to understand your product and customer behavior down to specific user co-horts and use-cases.  What does it do well, where does it struggle?
• Know your customer
  • Customers don't tell us what to build, but they do tell us their pain points and their wants and needs; from there we can solve new problems and differentiate our product.
• Foster Innovation
  • Bring ideas from other industries, from our industry, from technology frontiers, and from our customers.  Collaborate with others to forge these ideas into innovation we can deliver.
• Influence and Collaborate
  • The GBT tech ecocystem is complex.  Delivering impactful product means selling your ideas and aligning teams to support you.

  • Deliver incrementally.  Fail fast, learn, and improve.

Experience and Qualification:

• 7+ years of product management, B2B experience preferred 
• BA/BS or equivalent; math/science/technical background preferred

The base salary range for this position in this location zone is from $159,000 to $222,500.  The range provided includes the base salary that Egencia expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
