Lumin Digital is actively hiring an EA to support our dynamic CEO. The right person will have strong communication skills, exceptional business acumen, and proven ability to work with key stakeholders of all levels, liaising between the CEO, senior leaders and the Board seamlessly.

This position is flexible hybrid, but does require support in office two or so days per week in San Ramon, CA.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Proactively manage the CEO’s schedule, inbox, and competing priorities; seamlessly adjusting as needed.- Oversees preparation of materials and logistics for executive presentations, meetings, and special projects.- Partners well with key stakeholders, ensuring strong collaboration and teamwork- Independently composes, edits and proofreads business correspondence, presentations, reports, etc.- Represents senior leadership by liaising with internal and external clients.- Manages travel logistics, expenses, and other administrative support as needed- Attends executive leadership meetings, documents discussions, and decisions; manages the oversight of action items ensuring utmost confidentiality with sensitive matters- Plans, coordinates and supports executive events, meetings and off-sites- Ability to be flexible and adapt, taking on work as needed across the larger team/organization- Other duties and projects as assigned
KNOWLEDGE. SKILLS, ABILITIES: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in business, communications, or a related field preferred- 5+ years of experience required supporting Executive Level Leadership; including BoD meeting support- Proven communication skills (written and verbal), including building executive level and company-wide communications - Exceptional customer service and support skills; ability to manage competing priorities and multiple key stakeholders/ customers - Adaptability and flexibility; ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion- Confidential; able to manage complex issues with care and discretion- Self-directed professional with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence- Strong project management skills; ability to own and drive projects to finish- Pro-Active with strong attention to detail: adept at thinking through the details, and implications and proactively preventing problems- Strong proficiency in Google suite and Apple products.
