100% Chiropractic is passionate about using Chiropractic to transform health perceptions globally. We are seeking a Chiropractor - Clinic Director who is ready to lead and grow our practice. This position is salaried with a bonus structure based on monthly performance metrics.
 Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Guide and inspire the clinic team to achieve growth and provide exceptional care.
• Patient Care: Deliver high-quality chiropractic services to patients.
• Credentials: California Doctor of Chiropractic license, Xray Supervisor, and CPR 
• Operational Management: Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with standards in order to meet key metrics.
• Community Engagement: Foster relationships within the community to promote the clinic and its services.

Ideal Candidate Traits

• Outgoing and Friendly: Enjoy interacting with patients and staff.
• Management Experience:  Ability to manage chiropractic team (CA, MXT)
• Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Active listener and ability to convey information thru writing. 
• Fast-Paced: Thrive in a dynamic and creative work environment.
• Vision-Driven: Align with our mission to enhance healthcare and community wellness.
• Bilingual:  Ability to speak English and Spanish fluently
