Apply now for the position of Director, Zone Commercial Planner, and you will develop Zone-level demand forecasts, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to gather inputs, and drive improvements in forecast accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- You will lead the collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment engagements with strategic customers.
- You will develop zone-level demand forecasts for instruments, reagents, and consumables including focus on strategic customers and customer-specific supply programs.
- You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Service teams to gather market intelligence and customer insights to validate customer demand.
- You will drive improvements in forecast accuracy by monitoring relevant KPIs, comparing actual shipment vs. country inputs. You will prepare and distribute regular reports on key performance indicators, demand forecasts and inventory levels.
- You will drive continuous process improvements within the demand planning function and proactively identify opportunities for enhancement and best practices.
- You will facilitate and enable decision making for the NAM Zone leadership team, including, but not limited to assessing and communicating business risks and providing consulting to demand planning insights.
Qualifications:
- You have 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Marketing, and/or other relevant fields (ex. healthcare or medical device); Deep understanding of the Diagnostics market inclusive of products and customers needs is a plus.
You demonstrate a strong customer focus and can connect customer needs to demand-relevant implications.
- You have experience with demand planning software (e.g. Kinaxis). Proven expertise in statistical forecasting methods and advanced analytics a plus.
- You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and customers.
- You have experience working in a matrix environment, with the ability to influence without authority and build consensus across teams.
- You are results-oriented with a proven track record of designing scalable solutions to meet business needs and customer expectations.
- Ability to travel up to 15% as needed.

The annual base pay for this position is:
Min $137,300 - Max $205,900Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
