The Partner Manager will help Accruent’s Partner program build and sustain meaningful partnerships that grow the business and support our partners. By continuously building and evaluating our technology and channel partnerships, you will help us find different ways to equip our software for meteoric growth in the coming years.

This position reports directly to the VP of Strategic Partnerships and is a work from home opportunity.

How you'll make a difference

• Own the exploration and enablement of partnerships to support our ongoing business and technology growth
• Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
• Identify and source partnership opportunities across resellers and system integrators to support our customers and technology partners for both hardware and software
• Research partners, identify key players and generate interest
• Collaborate with senior management and other teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
• Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies
• Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
• Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
• Keep great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership

What you’ll bring to the table:

• 5-7 years of partnership experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships across the Organization as well as get up to speed quickly on our Product offerings
• Enterprise software experience preferred

• This job requires occasional travel (10-20%)
• This is a full-time, exempt opportunity. 
• Relocation will not be considered for this position. 
• At this time, visa sponsorship is not available. 

The salary range for this position is $83,800-$155,600. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of the compensation package.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
