Coordinator II, Clinical Laboratory Sciences

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree or equivalent; 3 years related experience

Job Summary:

To manage activities for a project or program.

Job Duties:

• Coordinates grant project by collecting data, developing project-related documents and maintaining project status reports and tracking systems.
• grant management and progress reporting
• oversee student recruitment
• advertising the program
• data collection,
• manage administrative processes
• oversee program finances and accomplishments,
• maintenance of partner and faculty relationships
• Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Health Science or equivalent
• Grant Experience
• MyStar experience as related to Student Admissions, Curriculum Management and Self Service modules
• PeopleSoft experience as related to ePro, Grants and Travel modules
• Strong organization skills
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team

Salary Range:

Commensurate with experience.
