Overview
Position: Strategic Partnership Coordinator
Location: Anywhere, USA
Pay: 55K - 75K + discretionary performance based annual incentive plan up to 20% of salary.
Position Summary:
The Strategic Partner Coordinator will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing key, innovative partnerships during implementation and after launch. They will build rapport with key stakeholders and leverage a project management approach to ensure partnerships are properly documented, organized, and prioritized; brainstorm ways to optimize and enhance the partnership by thinking outside the box; work cross functionally with internal and external teams to execute any changes or enhancements; troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
This individual should have an entrepreneurial spirit, as our Strategic Partnerships team is tasked with innovation and thought leadership in new and diverse ventures. The role demands a focus on execution, continuously prioritizing key projects and tasks to drive and improve partnership performance.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Support the Strategic Partnership Manager & other business leaders to advance Partnership direction and performance
- Work closely with marketing, data analytics, legal and project managers to drive partnership optimization
- Understand change requirement process and scope of implementation for ongoing partnership work
- Understand onboarding requirements for new partners
- Identify issues, evaluate options, and execute solutions
- Document and consistently review key partnership metrics and KPIs
- Work with data and analytics teams to build partnership dashboards, and ensure ongoing accuracy
- Work with partners to evaluate trends in data and adjust strategic direction as needed
- Prioritize workflow for key partnership projects and keep assigned individuals on task
- Ensure proper partnership documentation, organization, and task tracking
- Effectively communicate needs and dependencies across NAF and partner stakeholders
Qualifications
Desired Education/Experience:
- College Degree Preferred; BA or BS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, flexible and solution oriented
- Data driven and results focused
- 3-5 years in partner/project/marketing management
- Prior focus on joint marketing partnerships and/or joint ventures
- Mortgage Knowledge and experience preferred, but not required (will consider banking, finance, & real estate)
Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
