ROLE SUMMARY

The Director, US Adult Comirnaty Omnichannel Lead is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, strategic, and innovative colleague. This role will report into the Senior Director, US Adult Comirnaty Omnichannel Marketing Lead.  This leader will be responsible for leading broad cross-functional teams to ensure that we are creating a cohesive omnichannel strategy and developing innovative tactics.

 ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the strategy, implementation, and measurement of the Omnichannel vision for the brand.
  • Accountable for A&P and delivering brand omnichannel objectives.
  • Developing, managing, and executing a connected and integrated marketing ecosystem within the US focused on the integration of personal, non-personal, and digital marketing touchpoints of our customers
  • Map customer journeys and identify solutions to improve the IDN customer experience.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional Digital, CMO, and Brand team members to create and implement innovative digital initiatives.
  • Build successful data and insight driven channel activation campaigns partnering with marketing team members in designing, implementing, and evaluating omnichannel marketing and activities
  • Manages relationships with agencies, external alliance colleagues and internal business partners to align customer journeys and strategies across target audiences as well as ensure regulatory/legal and compliance requirements are met
  • Leverage omnichannel capabilities, best practices, and innovation to enhance customer engagement for the brand
  • Monitors market dynamics, technological innovations, vaccination trends and events to develop innovative solutions to differentiate the company
  • Actively participate in fostering positive team culture and collaboration across the team.
  • Continue the innovative and agile spirit of the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 10+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing
  • 5+ years’ experience in directly managing or leading commercial colleagues at all levels (Manager to Director) and commitment to fostering team engagement, team culture and developing people
  • 5+ years’ experience working with IDNs/customer facing roles
  • Has demonstrated experience of knowing the pulse of the customer and leverages omnichannel approach to impact behavior and mindset with speed and agility
  • Ability to handle multiple project timelines, budgets, and project resources with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment required
  • Demonstrated success developing, executing and measuring complex marketing programs and championing innovative solutions
  • Strong team player with demonstrated ability to engage experts from a wide range of functional areas to improve business performance and find a path forward
  • Strong analytical skills, detail and action oriented, creative, flexible, self-motivated
  • Excellent leading without direct authority, verbal and written communication skills for a wide range of audiences

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Advanced degree  
  • Prior Vaccines experience and buy & bill business
  • Competitive marketing/start-up experience
  • Champion innovation, seek learnings from other brands and other industries to innovate and enhance plans

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and lead colleagues outside of a direct repor
