Location

Fountain Valley, CA

Purpose

• Develop a sales strategy and set objectives for electric vehicle (EV) sales in the commercial and government sectors.
• Develop alternate sales channel opportunities by collaborating with autonomous, rideshare, and taxi companies.

Major Responsibilities

• Develop a sales strategy to increase electric vehicle (EV) sales for the Fleet channel in the commercial and government sectors, with a focus on specific markets.
• Work with business development teams to target key accounts and opportunities.
• Get Hyundai and Genesis on the selected state and local contracts.
• Evaluate and propose potential partnership opportunities in the autonomous, rideshare, and taxi sectors.
• Develop a Southern California fleet plan to increase fleet sales and market share.
• Engage with cross-functional teams, including HCA, Planning, and EV.

Authority

• The position has the authority to engage dealers in collaboration with the regions.
• Sell commercial and government units within parameters set by the Senior Group Manager of Commercial/Government Sales.

Education

~ Bachelor’s degree preferred~ Master’s degree a plus

Related Experience

• Eight or more years automotive experience.
• Five or more years of commercial fleet experience desired.
• Three or more years of government sales preferred.

Skills/Knowledge

• Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and QMF helpful
• Outstanding interpersonal skill set.
• High performance in fast paced environment.
• Network Development skills required.

$103,600.00 - $148,000.00 Annual
