Job Responsibility: Under general supervision, the candidate shall be able to solve engineering problems through mathematical/numerical modeling. The job demands thorough understanding of Transport Phenomena, Computational Fluid Dynamics and Structural Mechanics along with hands on experience in writing/building custom-fit code/tool for solving fluid flow, heat transfer and other physical phenomena.

 

• Requirements:
  • Thorough understanding of Transport Phenomena, Rheological Models
  • Hands on experience of Computational Fluid Dynamics, Mathematical Modeling
  • Understanding of Solid Mechanics and Structural Analysis is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability/experience in programming & numerical simulations using C, C++, Python, Matlab etc.
  • Sound understanding of statistical analysis and different machine learning methods and algorithms
• Additional preferred skillset:
  • Exposure to Finite Element Analysis and related software tools
  • Ability to guide and perform fit-for-purpose experimentation
• Years of experience: Min 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Educational Qualification: M.E/M.Tech, Chemical(preferred)/Applied-Mechanics(preferred)/ Mechanical Engineering

• Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science, or similar discipline and a minimum of 2 years related experience. Certification as a Licensed/Chartered Professional is preferred
