About the role
Do you want to play an instrumental role in the future of Amazon’s equitable outcomes and inclusive culture? The Inclusive Experiences and Technology (IXT) Organization is looking for a Inclusive Communities' Single-threaded owner (STO) who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. This role will focus on Women’s strategies globally. This person can be based in [International or Domestic IXT Preferred Hubs (Seattle, WA, Arlington, VA, Atlanta, GA, New York, NY, Los Angeles, CA, Nashville, TN).
We are seeking an innovative strategic Human Resources Specialist who has high cultural competence to support and partner with cross-functional teams pan Amazon to deliver focused initiatives for employees, customers and communities.
You will lead cross-functional initiatives to build community at Amazon by working closely with business and HR leaders as well as our global team of IXT Single-thread owners (STOs) to identify opportunities and drive impact globally.
Key job responsibilities
As an HR Specialist your key responsibilities will include:
-Direct the analysis and development of a deep understanding of the candidate and employee experience for Indigenous Communities
Lead the planning, development, and execution of programs supporting the full employee life-cycle for the Indigenous Communities
Think big to identify the root causes of problems through an expanded, holistic view and long-term perspective
-Define the vision for your program
-Generating buy-in for the program vision with leadership and partner teams
-Evaluate the Amazonian experience globally, translating these experiences into clearly defined culturally nuanced program requirements
Oversee and direct multiple program areas — define project plans, assemble resources, manage implementation activities, track deliverables, and develop processes associated with program roll-out and ongoing support.

- 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 7+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience

- 10+ years of IT sales experience
- Experience managing P&L
- Experience working with emerging technologies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $150,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 7+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- 7+ years of professional or military experience
- 10+ years of IT sales experience

- Experience engaging and presenting to senior executives (CXO level).- Experience working with emerging technologies
