We are looking for a Finance professional to help steward our growth into this complex but fast-growing space. We are looking for a strategic and operationally-minded leader to join our team, who is not afraid of ambiguity and challenges the status quo. Key job responsibilities
- Drive investment strategy discussion via insightful and relevant analysis

About the team
You will be joining a high-performing, fast-paced Finance team whose mission is to be the trusted strategic advisor to the business, driving profitable growth and scale through innovation. This is a highly visible role within the finance team and requires a strong leader and open communicator. You will have a direct impact on our top and bottom line with the ability to deliver improvements for our teams. You will be part of a growing, fast paced, and fun team. You will have ownership for the implementation of your work and you will see direct business improvements based on the results of your work.

Basic Qualifications

- 7+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 3+ years of direct management experience
- BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science) and 7+ years of finance experience, or Master’s degree and 5+ years of finance experience

Preferred Qualifications

- 8+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- 8+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
- MBA, or CPA
- 8+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 8+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience building and managing financial models for business forecasting and problem solving
- 8+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $125,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $207,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a
