The Maintenance person is responsible for cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of the building and company property.

Responsibilities

•               Promote safety, quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
•               Maintaining clean, professional office environment presentable to customers and public
•               Maintain property grounds 
•               Ensure all fixtures are in proper working order and repair or schedule repairs if necessary
•              Ensure sufficient cleaning and maintenance supplies available for building upkeep
•                Ensure equipment is in working order and materials on hand to maintain building and company grounds
•               Purchasing supplies within company guidelines   
•               Empty all trash receptacles daily
•               Replace light bulbs, filters, etc. as required
•                Minor mechanical, plumbing, electrical repairs of fixtures as required
•               Other duties deemed necessary by supervisor

Standards of Performance

•               Prioritize and manage job tasks in effective, organized and timely manner
•              Achieve daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
•              Exhibit professional appearance and attitude at all times.

Education/ Experience

•              High School Diploma or equivalent
•               1- 3 years of previous maintenance/housekeeping experience

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
