We are currently growing our North America team and are seeking a HR Specialist II - Service Delivery to join our talented People Projects team!

 

This role will initially support the implementation project of a new HR Service Delivery tool. Primary responsibility will be in developing HR knowledge base library. Will also assist in system documentation, system testing, training, and communications. This role will partner with project team members both internal and external as well as HR and/or business stakeholders.  Following implementation will be constant improvement and sustainment of the system to support HR process efficiencies and employee support. 

 

 

This role may be located at the following locations: Bismarck, ND | Gwinner, ND | West Fargo, ND

 

Role & Responsibility

• HR Knowledge Base Article (KBA) Owner
  • Work with HR SME’s to develop, maintain, & enhance knowledge base content both internal to HR & external  
  • Approve new & revised KBA’s including reviewing for quality, consistency, appropriate content & flow
• Training - assist in developing content as well as delivering on-going training and providing direction to members of the HR service delivery team
• Promote adoption of system including communication blasts, training, monitor employee experience feedback w/in system, identify & implement improvement areas
• Contribute to and maintain consistent system & procedural documentation
• Support of service center system, including HR process improvement initiatives and supporting related projects within HR
• System operational support including creating or assisting in change requirements, testing, and deployment (change management, training & communication of change)
• First line of support for manager and employee questions on policy, procedures, and personnel related matters

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent related experience
• 2-4 years of progressive HR experience
• Knowledge of HR process & best practices, documentation & writing skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in HRIS software and other HR-related tools
• Travel required: < 10%
