Job Overview:

Reporting to the Head of Employment, Tax Law, and Investigations in LPL’s Legal Department, the Executive Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive support to multiple senior attorneys. This highly visible role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to interact effectively with employees, executives, board members, regulators, and external counsel. The position is based in Fort Mill, SC, with a hybrid schedule (three days in-office, two remote).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and conference room bookings.

  • Maintain and update attorneys’ calendars, ensuring timely communication of changes and provision of meeting materials.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and related logistics.

  • Process expenses in Concur promptly to meet billing deadlines.

  • Serve as gatekeeper for attorneys’ schedules, ensuring adherence and prioritization.

  • Schedule preparatory meetings and secure pre-read materials for external engagements.

  • Facilitate document execution, including e-signature coordination.

  • Foster strong working relationships across the department and with executive assistants.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of administrative assistant experience.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.

  • Proven team collaboration and relationship-building skills.

  • Familiarity with legal department procedures and financial services is preferred.

  • Proficiency with web-based tools such as Concur (expense management).

Pay Range:

$25.71-$42.85/hour


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
