POSITION PURPOSE:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator. In this role, you will provide essential support to the HR department and contribute to the smooth functioning of HR operations, including recruiting and payroll. HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR COMPENSATION:
- Base hourly rate $20-$24
- Medical benefits in the amount of $500 per month

- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Full-time
HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and managing HR files.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, such as posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment processes, answering employee questions, and assisting with annual open enrollment activities.
- Assist with payroll processes by providing relevant data and documentation and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing employee events and recognition programs.
- Generate HR reports and metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to support HR decision-making and strategy development.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with other HR projects, such as policy reviews, process improvements, and HR software implementations.
HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or HR coordinator, with a solid understanding of HR and Recruiting practices and principles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience working with HR databases or HRIS systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
- PHR Certified or SHRM-CP/SCP is a plus but not required
