Job Description:

The Vice President & General Manager, Electrical Systems drives the strategic direction, operational execution, and financial performance which focuses on delivering electrical systems products and services. The VP/GM ensures the division meets or exceeds business objectives, fosters innovation, maintains high-quality standards, and ensures customer satisfaction while aligning the division’s goals with the overall organizational strategy.

This person will be responsible for the following:

• Market Analysis
• Product Solutions
• Sales: Sales strategy, margin targets Key value propositions / matrix. Target markets, sales cycle Marketing plan, Customer validation
• Operations: Product pricing and cost analysis, Scalability
• Risk Assessment: Potential risks and challenges, Mitigation strategies
• Financial: Revenue projections, Cost analysis

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or related) is preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in electrical systems, engineering, or a related industry, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing a business unit or division with full P&L responsibility.
  • Experience in driving operational excellence, innovation, and customer-centric solutions.
