In this role, you’ll bring a detail-oriented, client-focused approach to helping develop and execute communication strategies for large merger and acquisition (M&A) deals and other large-scale corporate initiatives that engage a variety of audiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, strategic communications that align with our corporate priorities. The ideal candidate is a skilled project manager who can juggle multiple projects with a variety of deliverables, timelines, and expectations, is able to distill and simplify complex subject matter, has a track record of forging strong partnerships, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Reporting to the VP, Communications, you’ll support LPL's growth, brand, and reputation. You’ll be responsible for helping develop communications plans, implementing project deliverables, and mitigating potential reputational risks.
Responsibilities:
Operationalize strategies in support of large M&A events.
Help identify process and operational efficiencies in our communication approach.
Work collaboratively with business partners to ensure cohesion across project lifecycles.
Ensure the Communications team receives timely, relevant information to properly execute on deliverables and ensure critical deadlines are met.
Drive executional excellence, ensuring successful delivery of projects against strategic priorities.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the firm.
Assist with the creation, tracking, and reporting of project milestones, status updates, risks, and issues.
Facilitate team information and workflow.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent field.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Financial services/wealth management acumen is required. Public company experience a plus.
Ability to manage critical communications during challenging situations. M&A experience is a plus.
Proven experience as a project manager.
Preferences:
Experience working with cross-functional project teams.
Highly organized and attentive to detail.
Ability to make decisions in a changing environment while anticipating future needs.
Ability to work independently or in a team-oriented environment.

Pay Range:
