Are you passionate about early childhood education and ready to lead with heart and purpose? We’re on the lookout for a Director who’s not only organized and experienced but is excited to create a nurturing, safe, and inspiring space for children and staff alike.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

• Oversee all aspects of center management, including staffing, budgeting, enrollment, and licensing.
• Maintain accurate administrative records (attendance, staff schedules, compliance documentation, etc.).
• Ensure smooth scheduling and coverage, adjusting for changing needs as they arise.
• Implement and monitor age-appropriate curriculum in alignment with state and national standards.
• Train and mentor teachers and support staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication and meetings.
• Address and resolve parent concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Promote the center within the local community and participate in outreach events as needed.

Who You Are:

• At least 21 years old
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education
• 2–3 years in a leadership role at a licensed childcare facility or school--experience with GA Licensure is a must!
• CPR & First Aid Certified
• Able to pass a background check
• Available for rotating shifts (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Mon–Fri)
