Belvedere Trading offers customizable financial backing packages for experienced traders who wish to manage their own products but with the benefits of operating within a large, established trading firm. We are seeking traders, or teams of traders, with proven strategies that may benefit from our technologies and economies of scale. 
The ideal candidate(s) will have a strong track record, a drive to succeed, and the ability to grow a desk around their core competencies.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of trading experience 
• Strong quantitative skills, including high mathematical aptitude, experience with Excel, data analytics 
• Entrepreneurial attitude, creative problem-solving skills, and ability to implement iterative improvements to trading systems 
• Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in a professional and collaborative setting 

Extra Credit

• Strong programming skills, C++, C#, Python/Matlab/R 
• Experience with Data mining/Statistics/Optimization in research topics 
• Experience in a profitable algorithmic trading group
