About the role
Main function:
- Team with the Director-Practice Management, Nurse Manager, Health Works Medical Director to manage the day to day operations and administrative functions of HealthWorks. Promotes HealthWorks programs, direct sales for HW, ensuring excellent customer service, operational problem-solving, financial monitoring. Maintain accountability to HW clients, and the Federal Department of Transportation as the third party administrator for the random drug and alcohol programs management. The manager works with IT services for the Systoc Occupational software management and training.
QUALIFICATIONS
- DATIA certification as Consortium Third Party Administrator (CTPA) required or ability to attain certification at the next available DATIA training seminar required
- Progressive successful management experience required
EDUCATION
- Required: Associate degree in management or equivalent experience.
- Bachelors preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- Five years’ experience working in a clinic setting required, preferably in Occupational Medicine.
- At least one year of management experience required
- At least two years of customer interfacing experience required; sales experience preferred
- Successful experience using electronic medical records and/or practice management/billing systems required.
Pay Range: $25.00 -$35.00
Starting Range: Based on Experience
