Head of Finance

As Head of Finance, you'll own our financial infrastructure and strategy, reporting directly to the CEO while leading our controller & accountant. You'll build and lead a lean finance function that enables data-driven decisions across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling, scenario planning, and unit economics analysis

• Manage our credit card warehouse facility and capital structure

• Drive fundraising preparations and investor relations

• Build upon our existing financial infrastructure and reporting systems

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to understand, build, and communicate the impact of each org on the financials of the business

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Requirements

• 7+ years of finance experience

• Required: Experience working at a venture-backed startup with fewer than 100 employees

• Experience in fintech and/or payments a big plus

• Strong background in financial modeling and unit economics analysis

• Experience managing debt facilities and optimizing capital structure

• Track record of building and leading high-performing finance teams

• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision

• Big company experience is acceptable, but startup experience is mandatory

• NOT required: speaking Spanish
