Your future plans
Become part of a team-orientated, motivated and humorous department and take responsibility for the following tasks: 

• Bonus-process responsibility
  • Governance function for the Bonus (variable remuneration) including coordination / management of the process
  • Preparation of standard and ad-hoc analyses to create transparency and enable well-founded discussions and comparisons 
  • Collaboration in developing and adapting the Bonus regulations
  • Further development of the Bonus database to store all relevant data
• Optimisation of controlling processes 
  • Optimisation of controlling and reporting processes in the RWE Group's energy trading segment
  • Support in the preparation of regular financial reports for the management of RWE Supply & Trading GmbH, for RWE AG and other committees with focus on cash flow
• Data optimisation & interface management 
  • Managing the department's data interfaces with relevant neighbouring teams (especially Accounting, Performance Controlling and Risk)
  • Maintenance and further development of the CPIS and SARA data warehouse solutions
  • Support with the IT-based automation of processes
  • Development of expertise at the interface to performance controlling teams
  • Supporting the team in the application of new data and process solutions
• Ad-hoc analyses & project work 
  • Independent execution of a wide range of ad hoc analyses
  • Representation of the team in overarching and technical projects

Your powerful skills 

• Completed studies in economics, business informatics or a comparable field of study
• Very high quality orientation, commitment and willingness to take on changing tasks and acquire new knowledge
• Team player with strong analytical and communication skills, a sense of humour and fun at work
• Enjoy independently solving technical problems in the Microsoft Office environment and associated system interfaces
• Proven knowledge of business contexts (profit and loss account, balance sheet and cash flow)
• Very good language skills in German and English

Advantageous, but not a must 

• Knowledge of the business of RWE Supply & Trading GmbH 
• Knowledge of Visual Basic (VBA) and SQL programming
