We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our Houston, TX team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a positive client experience at every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

• Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Provide product or service information to clients as needed

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues

• Follow up on customer feedback and ensure satisfaction

• Perform administrative tasks to support the customer service department

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred)

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
