Guest Experience & Operations Intern Seasonal 2024-2025

BSE Global (Brooklyn Nets, New York Liberty, NetsGC, Long Island Nets and Barclays Center) is looking for a Guest Experience & Operations Intern for the Season 2024-2025. This is a part-time, program will begin October 2024 and end in May 2025. Start and end dates can be flexible depending on your academic calendar.

The program is located at our Industry City Corporate Headquarters in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Seasonal Interns are expected to work about 20-30 hours per week with some days expected to be in office and other days remote. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

• Learn event execution process from start to finish by assisting with event requests, intake meetings, and pre-event preparation (including catering needs)
• Support event services team to execute on-site events at Arena, including various programming events 
• Meet with arena teams, such as guest services, security, Levy, and event services, to get a better understanding of arena operations
• Assist with reviewing guest survey feedback and flagging repetitive issues and help problem solve
• Coordinate and track VIP ticketing needs requested by ownership and business executives
• Greet VIP guests upon arrival at events and escort to their hospitality space and/or seat location

Salary

$18 per hour

Requirements:

• This program is designed for college seniors, students engaged in graduate studies, or recent graduates
• All interns must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
