Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Informatica Developer for one of our clients.

Position: Senior Informatica Developer (Remote)
Security Clearance: Active MBI Clearance Required
Long Term Contract

Are you an experienced Informatica Developer with a passion for transforming raw data into valuable insights? Join our team as a Senior Informatica Developer, where you will design, develop, and optimize data integration solutions to support mission-critical operations. This role requires deep technical expertise in Informatica, ETL processes, and enterprise data management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• ETL Development: Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and related tools to extract, transform, and load data from various source systems.
• Data Integration & Transformation: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze complex data requirements and deliver efficient, scalable, and reliable data integration solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor ETL workflows, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Data Quality & Governance: Implement data quality rules and ensure compliance with governance standards, maintaining data integrity across systems.
• Documentation & Collaboration: Create technical documentation, including data mappings and workflows, and work closely with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:

• 8+ years of experience designing and developing ETL workflows and processes using Informatica PowerCenter.
• 5+ years of experience working with relational databases, SQL, and stored procedures.
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise data integration and data warehousing concepts.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency with Informatica tools, including PowerCenter, Data Quality, and Metadata Manager.
• Strong SQL programming skills and experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehouse design principles.

Problem-Solving:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex data and integration issues.
• Ability to optimize ETL workflows for performance and scalability.

Communication:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud and real-time integration tools.
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or AWS Redshift.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience in integrating data from diverse sources, including APIs, flat files, and cloud-based systems.
• Expertise in implementing data quality frameworks and governance practices.
