Job Summary

Working as a District General Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team and manage multiple accounts within your territory. You will provide overall planning and direction to achieve operations and financial goals, align with all applicable regulations, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure we continuously support our communities in our dynamic environment.  You will lead a team of managers by example while ensuring that the service provided by your team will meet or exceed client expectations. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the branch’s financial performance
• Builds a team to accomplish goals and provide them the necessary resources for professional growth
• Ensures 100% compliance of all company safety and security initiatives
• Monitors the overall financial performance of the accounts to ensure profitability
• Ensures consistent and fair administration of personnel policies
• Manages planning, budget analysis and reporting for the region
• Participates in the sales process to grow the region
• Promotes a positive, fair, and inclusive environment

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• BS Degree preferred
• Five to seven years of management experience
• Vending /Market/OCS background preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Financial acumen
• Positive and professional demeanor
