Research Analyst

Role: Research Analyst 

tastylive is seeking a Research Analyst to perform data driven research on a weekly basis, actively participate and host live shows on the tastylive network, as well as help to build and analyze backend systems and programs to enhance research capabilities. 

What you’ll do: 

• Responsible for creating and contributing research insights to the Luckbox online magazine publication, leading and managing research related projects, as well as assisting customers with a wide range of research and live show related issues.  
• Create 2-3 data driven research pieces, segments, and trade ideas each week.  
• Actively participate in and host live shows.  
• Assist customers and viewers via email and chat with research content and trade-related inquiries or historical data.  
• Develop, maintain, and improve backend systems, code related scripts, and programs to enhance research capabilities.  
• Utilize Python and its libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib), along with machine learning models, to conduct thorough data analysis, develop predictive models, and optimize research efficiency.  
• Lead and manage research-related projects to drive innovation and efficiency.  
• Contribute data research insights to Luckbox online magazine.  
• Provide market trend updates and technological recommendations to on-air personalities.  

Requirements: 

Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, ESTEEM (Engineering, Science, and Technology Entrepreneurship Excellence), or a closely related field. 

Must hold a post graduate certification in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning. Must hold knowledge of Python and its libraries (Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib) and machine learning algorithms for robust data analysis and visualization, market analysis, root cause analysis, and artificial intelligence / machine learning applications within finance and retail option domains. 

Salary: $122,762.00 per year 
The actual salary offered will be based on the candidate's level of experience and qualifications
